May I be bipolar?

These two last weeks I've felt I was super high. Like extremely hyper. And a friend of mine has told me this wasn't normal. So I've been searching what could it be and I've got here.

Symptoms during this last two weeks
Couldn't sleep at night and didn't even feel the need to.
I talked a lot and much faster than usual, to the point people got lost while I was talking.
I spent too much money on clothes and make up and those things.
I was extremely irritable like for no reason I would get mad at anybody.
I didn't have too much appetite.
I had extreme anxiety most days.
I've always been a loner but i had too much interest on doing social activities and so much energy that I could explode.
I didn't have much sex but I thought about it a fcking lot, and with anyone.
My thoughts were super fast and I jumped from an idea to another in a matter of milliseconds.
My self steem was waaaay too high, I sent naked pictures to a boy I like (I dont think i would never do that cause i've always been ashamed of myself).
I thought about drugs and alcohol a lot even though I don't do none (except from my meds).
The last day of the first week I had horrible hallucinations.. there were bugs all over my body and I almost set myself on fire instead if getting in the shower (what I finally did thanks to a friend that got to calm me down).
I thought I could do anything I wanted, like I was invincible and unbeatable, I was over any other human being and felt in one with the nature and world.

Now I'm okay, you know, quite normal.

I'm thinking about telling my psychiatrist about this but I thought you could help me before I do anything. I really hope you can. Thanks anyways.

I'm not asking for a diagnose, just for help on how should I talk about this with my psych.
