I am sorry to read what you have been through.
This sounds like it was a very toxic relationship. Although you may feel sad about this relationship ending, it can be good for you especially since it was toxic. Use this time to focus on you, and help you heal.
I would suggest you talk to someone, maybe a counselor. It can help with how you feel - your emotions, being enraged due to things that occurred in the relationship, etc.
I hope you are doing okay now.
