Sorry to hear you are depressed. I knew it was a stupid question to ask during the virus, are you around a lot of people, but I just thought I would ask it anyway. Prior, to the virus, were you able to get around people.
Did you inherit your bi-polar from someone in your family? I inherited mine from my mother's mother. She was in an era, 30s, 40s, early 1950s, where they didn't have any medicine for bipolar. They didn't even have a diagnosis, it was lumped in with schizophrenia. She spent a lot of her adult life in a mental institution 100 miles from her house.
They let her out one time to live with family members and she went to a downtown bar and got drunk, and they had to call her family members to pick her up. So we have a lot to be thankful for, medicines and whatnot, and not having to be in an institution but can stay at home.
Prior to the virus, were you able to get out? Did socialization help? Was that about the time, also, that your mental illness started?
Here's a joke: You can’t buy happiness, but you can buy cupcakes. And that’s kinda the same thing.
Human beings only use ten percent of their brains. Ten percent! Can you imagine how much we could accomplish if we used the other sixty percent?
