DON'T DRINK THE STUFF!!!!!!
If you don't mind an opinion on weight loss, please spend some time checking out weight loss blogs and notice how many people start out at a normal or near normal weight thinking they're fat and end up dieting themselves to 300 lbs. It's very unpopular not to be watching your weight, but God created our bodies in such a way that they'll fight you every step of the way due to the weight regulating mechanism in the brain that determines what you need to weigh to be healthy. Dieting is metabolic disaster no matter what anyone says--the formula, food consumed - calories burned + weight loss breaks down after a few weeks and leads to obsessions with food, eating disorders, binges, etc., etc. Your body overrides any will-power.
If you find that you gain weight on Depakote, might look into Lamictal--I've lost a few pounds on it and prefer it to Depakote. Also, I think [or at least in my case] Effexor also caused a slight weight loss.
PLEASE DON'T RUIN YOUR HEALTH!!!!!
