Since I started taking the Lofepramine I can't sleep. I take it at night.
That's 2 nights where I've just lain awake all night.
Friday night it was til past 4am. Last night I heard the alarm on my watch go off this morning. It's set for 7am and I haven't changed it back to GMT, so it was 6am.
I just can't sleep. I'm tired, sleepy, but I can't sleep.
My mind isn't active which is the normal problem I have for getting to sleep, I'm just wide awake.
Has anyone else had this medicine and experienced this problem?
The reason why I'm on this medicine is because it won't send me to sleep all the time like amitriptyline, but keeping me awake is going to make me sleepy during the day anyway!
I'm hoping desperately that this is just the initial phase whilst my body gets used to the medicine, but I'm going back to Uni on Tuesday, I really can't be exhausted all the time or I'll never catch up the week I've just had off!
