I see from your other post that you're getting the hang of doing that. Cool! Now if you want to check if there are any replies to your post question just look up your question and see if it shows up any # of replies. If it does, you have one. Then just click on your post (question) again and you will be able to read it.
Maybe you can print some information on bipolar that you find from the internet for your family to read and help understand what you are dealing with.
There is also a good book out there for people diagnosed with bi-polar and their families to read to help understand this more. It is called "The Bi-polar Survival Guide".
