Not feeling too good today.

I have been lightheaded and tired all day. at one point during the day my ears felt like they were clogged and I couldn't hear very well. I couldn't really do anything today cuz I just didn't feel up to it. I could barely cook dinner tonight and I am still feeling lightheaded even after taking advil cold and sinus. I don't know if I am getting sick or if I am depressed or what. Maybe I have just gone way down after being so high last thursday. the past few days I have just been going further down. I don't know. But I feel like I can't be bothered to do anything and I hate feeling this way.

Hey. I know how you are feeling. I do the same thing after a real high. I just bottom out. It is aweful feeling. Try to get some rest. I hope you can sleep tonight; you need it. Hang in there.

Thanks Missflip. I did sleep okay. So far I am feeling okay this morning (monday) and hopefully I will stay that way. Now I am just trying to get my boys up so I can take them to school.

twisted, The ear thing happens all the time to me, especially when I first wake up in the morning. But I think mine is related to allergies and it is especially affected by the weather. I hope you are feeling better and having a restful day.
