Ups and Downs.

Spring makes me feel up. Green grass makes me feel up. Easter makes me feel blue. The whole theme is depressing. The commercialization of it is depressing, although, I will use any excuse to shop. Although I know, I shouldn't, cause, i spend too much. I may need an adjustment on my Zoloft. I take 150 mgs. a day, am frenetic in Mornings, and cannot move after 4 PM. As much as I want too, I am a blob, in late afternoons. All I want is to go to sleep. I have three people, I am responsible for beside myself. My son, who is 21 and hoping to get accepted into trade school. He very grudgingly went off to do landscaping today. He says it's too hard work for him. It is really hard work. I tell him, pace yourself. Don't go whole hog, just give 75%, so you don't burn-out. I care also for my Dad and stepmom in separate nursing homes, and two dogs and three white cats. This rep[resents how I feel today. Plus I am cold. I also have to find a place to live this next four weeks, or so. Hugs. Bye.

Dear Sarafena, and all; Yes. Why don't i try/ I think I've been on most or are procluded for other medical reasons. Topamax, I have a gravelly bladder; Lamictal, I got the Rash, Dopakote; well it requires a near toxic dosage to be effective and I don't want my liver chewed up. I was on it for 10 plus years. Some family members are on Chlorapromazine; but that also has some weird side effects. Anything else out there?

I take risperdal and it has worked very well for me. I would think you should keep trying and find a good fit.
