hard times

Hello i am having a hard time right now.  I am in the middle of coming off meds and going on new meds.  I feel real overwellmed and full of fear.  The fear is so bad it's real hard to leave the house.  I have these untrue thoughts going on in my head.  Does anyone have the problem with intrusive thoughts?   I just can't say enough how bad the fear and intrusive thoughts are.  Going throw this makes me so tiered I then take my p.m. meds early and go to sleep, because i can't take any more.  It is physically painful, racing thoughts that cause all this fear.

Hello serafena, I am coming of of lamictal and going on to depakote. dr. thinks the depakote will help with the intrusive thoughts. the other meds i am on are lithium, abilify, and serequel. those meds are not changing...i think. thanks for the response!
