UGH!!

I am all over the place!    

I've been sleeping most of the day.  I'll probably be up most of the night and I really don't care!  I'm actually looking forward to a shower and more quiet time to myself.   That is going to mess myself up for tomorrow since I have plenty of things that need to get done.

I hate myself for being so crabby at everyone today!!!

My mind is just spinning!

I know the drill...my pdoc & therapist know it is just stress and things will get better.  I've been under a lot of stress... good and bad and it's just overwhelming sometimes for me,... like the last few days & especially today.

Oooh...my dog just farted!

Maybe I'll be lurking in the chatroom tonight.  I'll post if I'm going to head there.

I absolutely do have something for it serafena and it's called xanax.  Dah!!!  Sometimes we just don't think!!!

My hubby usually catches things like that for me but he was preoccupied with all the excitement of the playoff games.

I told him of your suggestion today and we both looked at each other like....Dah!

Sometimes that happens!  Too bad I didn't post earlier yesterday and it probably would have been a better day for me.

I'm feeling better today thank goodness.  I got out of the house and did some grocery shopping.  I was singing & dancing to the overhead music and you know how corney some of those songs are sometimes!  But I was feeling good!  Still am!
