I can't believe doctors would just hand out seroquel to people who cannot sleep

I take it for my bipolar but a friend of mine was complaining "oh i can't sleep, i wish my doctor would prescribe me more seroquel. that stuff knocks me out!"

That pisses me off. there are a lot of risks taking seroquel and I can't believe she would want to take it. I barely want to take it. argh that makes me so mad.
