Hi, everyone!!!! I am new and would like to introduce myself....My name is Jessie and I am 27 years old. I was diganosed with Bipolar when I was 19. But, I had my 1st episode when I was 12. I am having a really hard time I recently had a major surgry. I was born with a rare gentic disorder that is slowly shutting my digestive system down....I had to get a ileostomy and I am devesated. My Lithium and other BiPolar Meds are not absorbing in my stomach. I called the doctor frantictly today wanting a easlier appoinment; luckly I can go in the morning. I am so sad and angry all at the same time. I think that I am having a Mixed Episode, my thoughts race and I cannot concentrate. I want to Shave my head!!! smhair      I don't know what to do!!!

 Hi there, and welcome. Boy you have  alot going on. But i understand your want/need to shave your head. Im having the same darn thing right now. LOL LOL LOL 

   Hopefully your doctor can get you the help  you need. Keep posting here, there is plenty of help and support here for people like us by poeple who really know what its like to fight BP.
