now i'm having an emergency of my own because i cant go another day without this appointment and now its been cancelled and i'm just a freaking wreck now

You are going to be OK, hun. I know you feel like you can't do this - but you already are. You are surviving. Call in an emergency appointment. You deserve it!

yes, she met with me this morning. she wanted me to go to the hospital. i said no.

no, she tried to make an appointment with my psychiatrist for today or tomorrow but he couldnt see me until friday so she made an appointment with me for thursday to check in
