I am so sorry that you are feeling depressed and worried. I have been there. You know, I have found that worrying, for me, is something I had to learn to quit doing. It can get you to a point of feeling sick and accomplishes absolutely nothing. I heard a gentleman on the radio say that as long as you are healthy, you have nothing to worry about. Anything else can be fixed. If you want, try to think about the things that you do have,.....a place to live, a new job,...and so on,....its hard to do but try and think positive. Sometimes I think if you keep positive thoughts in your head, positive things will begin to happen for you. Don't worry about tomorrow. Just relax,....you made it thru that 1st day,...you can come home and relax,....and tomorrow you are going to show them that you are going to do even better. Come back to the forum and chat. It helps!! Don't think that I don't understand how devasting depression can be. I think, for me, I got to that point, I was so sick of it, I said to myself that I was no longer going to let it get the best of me. Go out for a coke, call a friend, go to the library, go to the movies, take a drive and visit a friend or someone in the family,.....stay busy,......it will help. It did me!
