I am having a hard time putting on that face for everyone. My daughter has already asked was I OK twice this morning. My husband tried to cheer me up. The thing is I don't realize that I am disconnecting til they mention it to me. How can I not be intouch with my emotions when everyone else is seeing that something is wrong with me. I'm tired and in physical pain thanks to fibromyalgia. Feel like I am walking through a dream. Could be fibro. or bipolar, not sure. Just really dragging this morning.

Sheila...sounds to me that you are in touch with yourself
Can you get some rest today...squeeze in a nap?
We humans can't put on a happy face everyday...sometimes
I have to allow myself an off day...hope you feel better. Hugs!!!

Sounds like you were in such a fog, it was hard enough to get going, let alone be aware of how you seemed to others. Don't fuss at yourself - just take care of yourself... I am so good at that (hah)
