Hi,

Married to bipolar.
For the last 18 years I have been on the worlds longest running roller coaster.

I have lurked here occasionally, and received help from reading the posts. Thank you.

Hopefully I can share some of my experiences and return the help I have gained.

Welcome :) Bipolar is definitely a rollar coaster and really takes a lot of work to manage and live with.

We are here to help, especially since bipolar disorder is so complex!
