Freaking out

I keep having "freak outs" I lose all control and I know what I am doing I just can't stop it. Once it is over I feel nothing for what just happened and get very upset when others don't let it go. I have no health care so I don't know if I can go in and see anyone or not. Any ideas?

Check your local health and human services department. Some have free helthcare or free mental health care.

You need to see what's available to you! They can't deny you mental health care! There are clinics that are free and meds are as well without insurance... But I agree, check with your local department of human services and apply for health care. Anyone with an ongoing medical condition cannot be denied!!!
