Anti-depressants?

Who has anti-depressants in your med cocktail? What do you think about it?

My pdoc felt my rapid-cycling is controlled, but depression creeping in so he added Celexa/Citalopram. He thinks it will act as anti-depressant but augment Seroquel and Klonopin - I believe by increasing the half-life? - so that I have greater effect with less side effects.

I'm scared. My last 2 anti-depressant attempts ended in mania.

Hello you and I have talked before, I was started 3 weeks ago on Cymbalta now at 60mg nightly, and depakote -- just got off phone with Psych office to see how to increase that as I was on a dose that was not even enough to help, as I was scared to increase, but I understand that a mood stabilizer may be the key to getting my mood stabilized, I am at current in a very depressed state and have to find a way out and soon! I had talked to doc at last visit and after Cymbalta started working we were going to increase depakote and that would be now....also take Klonopin .25-.5 as needed for the anxiety that is brough on by all this crazyness!
