Does anyone get anxious from ability?

To me going on a trip whether for pleasure or business makes me way anxiety -- I like to stay pretty close to home. I do work full time an hour away and I am totally fine with that because that is my routine -- I thrive on routine. When my routine is messed up in any way, say we have a day off work, I get very moody, I wish that I could just enjoy the day off...but I am working on that. Anyway, a trip can really get one worked up and have you tried to take some deep breaths and maybe take a nap?? Then once you wake up you may feel more settled.

WoW, my anxiety has been off the chart really bad. I was on abilify and a couple weeks ago my doctor took me off it cuz she thought it was causing the anxiety. Now my anxiety is worse. She added Zyprexa at night time and its not working, cuz I'm waking up in an anxiety attack. I know my doctor said abilify can cause anxiety or agitation. I now know it wasn't the abilify since they are worse now.

Abilify you can just stop without any problems on your system, so I would discuss with your doctor maybe stopping for a few days to see what happens.
