Hello, Haghud, I guess it's safe to say we all sympathize with what you're going through. Somehow, he must be persuaded that the current medications aren't working or that he needs another physician to prescribe differently. If he absolutely refuses to see a psychiatrist,
make an appointment for yourself and go in and sit down and tell the psychiatrist all that is bothering you. Let him advise you what to do for yourself first, then perhaps something can be done for your husband later if he doesn't show improvement following medication for you to deal with the issues.
The problem is one in which the two of you need to be in the doctor's office together, and he needs to be given some insight into his problem. That must come from someone who is objective--his psychiatrist--when that time comes.
I will keep you in my prayers and hope that he doesn't have a psychotic break before he comes to his senses.
Take care of yourself now and perhaps he will see how you are approaching him differently and want to do something about
his behavior.
Best wishes,
