I'm definitely on an upswing. My sleep schedule started getting shifter about
a week ago. Staying up later, losing a little sleep. Last night I felt a little elevated - very unsettling. I just got hom from a bad (spendy, pointless) shopping trip, getting my 4 yr old son home after 10 p.m. on a school night. I took night time meds, but I'm rather wired. Going to try to relax.
The shopping is scaring me. I just finished off a spree and I want to recover financially... not have another!
I see my therapist in the morning.
