so, i seen the shrink today. did bloods for my tegretol levels
two weeks ago, and they are now perfect. had a mate stay
with me for a month, been very stressful, along with 2 other
mates with serious issues. these issues have made me physically
ill on many occassions, had been trying to get my mate to go
home, but he wouldn't. he did not contribute a single penny
or offer any help. my psychiatrist was not pleased and asked me
to inform him that he needs to leave for my well-being. he did
finally leave today, after a month!!! shrink was happy how i dealt
with a very hard and emotional therapy session last week.
shrink was also pleased with me getting a little more sleep and
controlling my mania a tad better. struggling a bit with the
depression component though. i am trying very hard.
