I have to work an 8 - ? job to keep a decent schedule. Right now, I have the puppy that gets me up at 7. If he pees in his kennel he needs a full groom which takes hours. Motivation to take him outside right away!
I've use a free (and safe) software called "Freedom" that locks out internet access for however long you want. It has been very helpful in the past.
I'm at 400 mg seroquel XR also and I am not sedated in the morning. What time are you taking it?
Is lack of motivation part of depression symptoms?
I'm trying to remember to take my Seroquel earlier. I was taking it at around 9 - 9:30. I also have to take a sleeping pill to fall asleep earlier otherwise I'm up with my husband until 5 in the morning.
My sleep patterns could be a result of depression or anxiety. It's been so long since I've stuck with regular work schedule. I do have anxiety about
getting back to work.
Puppies definitely help! Do you think 3 dogs is too many? ;)
