I am happy to report remission from bp symptoms! I've been procrastinating on mentioning it because it felt unreal considering the amount of stress in the last month. I'm on just 600 mg lithium daily at the moment. I have meds ready-to-go for when this remission ends. I am hoping to enjoy it for a while. :)
It is giving me time to notice and respond to my other disorders. I'm learning a lot about BPD and how it affects relationships. I hope I get a long enough break from bp that I can work on reducing the effects bpd has on my life - and the lives of people I love.
