You are at a sub-therapeutic level - you are not at a high enough dose to benefit from it. Your body is essentially unmedicated.
The therapeutic range for lithium is 0.7 to 1.2.
If your symptoms are severe, contact your Dr. immediately yo report your symptoms. Lithium doses can be changed more quickly than other medications. You may need an additional medication right now.
For now, be vigilant about self-care. No caffeine. No alcohol. Strict sleep schedule - sleeping at night, of course. Avoid stress even if it means major life changes.
With medication and self-care, a person with bipolar disorder can have a nearly-normal life and periods of remission are possible.
