unisom and lithium

Is it ok to take unisom at nite while taking 900 mg of lithium and around 1.5 mg of xanax a day. I can't sleep without it and last nite i took 2 unisom and got really sick. my body temp dropped, but it slowly came back up. I was hallucinating and having sharp pains. Also is it ok to drink alcohol with the lithium bcuz the other nite i did and i had a psychotic episode.
