Thank you for posting this very encouraging message! I'm so glad DBT helps you. I started last Saturday, and it has already helped me.
I bought two books by Matthew McKay, PhD and Jeffrey C. Wood,Psy.D. They are: The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Workbook and The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Diary. The workbook is more extensive than the diary. I love the diary. The subtitle is "monitoring your emotional regulation day by day." It has 365 days of monitoring chart, by the week. I'm near the end of Week 1. I started this past Monday.
