I have brain zaps again perhaps anxiety?

I usually take my Zoloft at 5 pm. I started having brain zaps I think due to the increase of Zoloft. I don't know why I have them perhaps because I changed the dosage. Brain zaps happen usually to me when I am coming off of the Zoloft. Any help?
