Hi im 23 single mom of 2. I am Bipolar Type II and have PTSD due to multiple traumatic experiences. I have been in an abusive marriage left and divorced him. I try to be friendly and i am pretty much an open book. I really love psychology can help other people but not myself with my issues. Go figure.lol

I know completely what you mean when you say that you can help others but not yourself, I feel that way a lot of the time.
