I'm sorry for the ups and downs in your mood and your break-up. A break-up can indeed make us depressed. It sounds like you are going through depression and you have good days and bad days. it. Are they supportive? You should talk to them about
how you feel once you feel comfortable.
When you're feeling frustrated or down, try to do something to distract yourself. Maybe take a walk outdoors, watch a movie, go to the movies, and talk to a supportive friend or family member. You can also do something that you enjoy or use to enjoy.
You should go out with your friends. Just think positive that everything is okay. Go out and have some fun
