Hoping this will help not only myself but others trapped in the same situation. I have suffered from depression for the last 20 years. Only recently have I been diagnosed with Bipolar Type II. Although this was a surprise to me, my husband had already anticipated this outcome. Hoping to gain more insight and support going through all my ups and downs especially during the next few months while we go through a separation.
