skype sorted. new e-mail, new version of skype and stuff. just thought i would mention that other than missing my fiance i am doing alright. a little bit of residual aggitation here and there and some gentle rocking only when very tired. the intense bike riding (rapid ccling) is much improved. due to practicing mindfulness everyday i am feeling much better. my partner gave me a boost and said i am centred and grounded. nice. my thoughts are somewhat better, anxiety better, but still have some issues that i am working on. i am a work in progress, hard hat and boots on!!! in the next few weeks i re-engage with my shrink and therapist. i am sleeping back in my bed and getting a few solid hours, bonus!!! keep well guys, know that you are all in my thoughts.
