Lately I decided to become a volunteer at the church office by helping with the admin. It has helped me shift the focus from my health challenges to the work I'm busy with. I enjoy admin and there's no pressure on me. It makes me happy and I have developed a positive attitude. I love making someone elses load lighter. It makes me feel good inside to know that I am making a difference in someone elses life as well as mine. I can feel and see the difference in my health. Hope I have inspired you all. Let me know what you guys think of this thread. HAVE AN AWESOME WEEKEND EVERYONE!!

This is great to hear! I think that helping others and make you happy. Just knowing you made difference in someone life can really impact us positively.

I am glad you're volunteering at the church and it's helping you to feel better.
