Diagnosed BP2, Nov 2012, I'm on 150mg Lamictal, 150mg Bupropion, 1mg Lorazepam.

I have felt my depressive episode getting worse and more frequent anxiety. I'm in a new stressful job that I think is triggering the escalation in symptoms. I just ended my relationship with a girl I'm in love with. Things she did just kept boiling in me we got into a fight, I told her it was over and moved out the next day without looking back. I'm now feel very guilty and want her back. I wish I could keep things normal and not go into a dark place where I'm constantly angry, sleepless and depressed.

Welcome to the forum!

I am sorry for how you have been feeling lately. Is the meds helping you? Are you currently in therapy? Therapy can help a lot. You learn lots of coping skills that you can use daily in therapy. I would suggest that you try to get some counseling.
Having a stressful job can contribute to the way you feel.

After work, try to relax. When you get home, eat a nice meal, watch a nice movie, read a good book, take a walk outdoors. Exercise can also help you feel better.

I keep a journal and write down my feelings. This helps me. You can try this.
