Hi all,

My name is Christine (27 years old) and I just found this website and this forum. I was diagnosed with Severe Bipolar and Panic Attacks about two months ago. I have been having a lot of trouble the past two weeks, so I'm hoping this forum will help me and that I can help others as well.
