Today things are not going well for me. I feel extremely agitated and my mind is racing. My anxiety is bad. Feels like I'm spinning out of control and busy going crazy. My heart is beating like crazy and I feel so aggressive. I'm trying to take deep breaths. What else can I do?

Hi Charmy,
I'm sorry for the way you feeling.
Did something or someone trigger this? If this is the case, please sure to keep a record of it or add it to you list of stressors, so when you feel better you can develop a plan on how to handle it. I keep a journal sometimes.
I would suggest you write your feelings. Do you keep a journal? This helps. Write down down thoughts, feelings, everything. Getting it out by writing can help you to feel better.
If you feel like you have energy, talk a walk. This may help cool and slows your things down. Walking can release any pent-up energy so you can approach the situation with a cooler head.
If possible, maybe you can get out a bit today. Do something nice to get your mind off things. Maybe a nice massage or movie.
I hope you will feel better.

I hope you can escape your daily responsibilities and do something nice for yourself to feel better and calm down. Hate that feeling.

I am doing a bit better today although I am worried. My husband is having trouble at work. Not enough sales coming through this time of the year. His boss is very unhappy about
this. He's in a meeting with the boss right now. I am afraid that he might be laid off. This is very stressful for both of us. All I can do is hope and pray that all will go well. Please pray for us. Glad that it's weekend so that I can relax and do something nice. I know that this job situation was my trigger yesterday. I totally lost it. Was so exhausted and drained by the time I went to bed. Felt as if I had run a marathon. Weather is cooler today. Will go for a walk later. Watching a nature programme on the tv at the moment. Have a good weekend all! Speak to you soon.

Hi UA! The meeting went well thanks. Thank God he wasn't laid off. I'm sure the sales will improve in the new year. Thanks for your support. I am on my way to the hairdresser and will do some shopping afterwards. Speak to you soon.
