Well this is 3 1/2 weeks on the Lithium 900mg every morning. I think it is helping me and I really have not had bad side effects (I know some people have a problem with this drug). I am also still sober and I start an Intensive Outpatient program tomorrow.

am very pleased that lithium is helping you; it does help many. in combination with the IOP you will be feeling much better sooner. :)
