i am feeling weird. all sensory buzzy/ internal / tired / complex. this is my version of disassociation, plus i am not around many and don't wish to be.

Listen to your nice tunes and see if it helps. Maybe make a nice stir fry or nice meal for yourself. Get your rest too.
