I feel so depressed today! My family has so much anger and I'm fat. I hate being on these anti psychotic meds they make you have a huge appetite so you get fatter and fatter I've given up bread, starches, sugar things like candy or anything sweat and still fat! fat! fat!. I just want to die. I know that you shouldn't be so vain but I can't help it. Plus my family has so much problems it's not funny. What do I do, if I could I would stay in bed all day. Please say a prayer for me because I haven't had depression this bad for awhile.

Please know that no matter anyone's size, I think that they are beautiful. This includes you :-). I am sorry for how you are feeling and the struggles with your family.

Hi Maggie,

I am sorry for the way that you are feeling. I would work on the depression and bipolar first and foremost... Work on the weight later. Keep moving, that always helps. Can you get out for walks? It helps both mentally and physically. I always lose weight when I walk...

I hope that you feel better soon.

Thank you for the words of encouragement I am trying not to worry about it right now because today I feel better. It is true that you have to live one day at a time.
