I've noticed lately that my eyes feel weird. It's like I'm not drunk or high but I feel somewhere in the middle. It's kinda annoying. I just saw my NP and forgot to mention it since I had so much to tell her anyway. Anyone else have this happening to them?

Eyes feel weird in what way? It is their functionality, or do they just feel funny? I've had some unusual eye issues with a couple meds. One caused me to have some focusing issues for awhile, but luckily, it went away. - Taygeta

No my eye sight is fine. It's like if you feel high or getting a good buzz on. Somewhere in between. I don't think its my meds because I haven't had them adjusted since October 2014. Maybe I'm experiencing a little bit of mania.

Lis, are you tired or lacking sleep/rest? Sometimes lack of sleep and rest can cause your eyes to feel weird.
Sometimes when I use any pain meds that make me sleepy and I don't sleep it out, I tend to feel high and like I'm just in a gaze.

No not tired and I've had plenty of sleep. I'm not sure if it was when I was having a few drinks it just lingered to the next day. Not a lot of drinks just 2 and they were on 5% alcohol. I know if you do drink it can make you sleepy I just didn't think it would last the whole next day. Well it's a good thing I don't drink a lot and it's only once in a blue moon.

Hopefully it's the alcohol. Drink lots of water. I hope your eyes will feel better. If it continues, be sure to talk to a pharmacist or your doc.

I feel much better today. Tomorrow I'm going to check out this nutritionist and get my body back into shape. I can't stand gaining one more pound. I need to get fit and start eating better. Hopefully this nutritionist that is 10 minutes away will be the answer to my prayers and doesn't cost a lot.

Well I decided not to go with the nutritionist because he wanted $370/ 7 weeks. I will go on the online weight watchers and use my elliptical and kayak for exercising. Maybe my husband and I can go for walks on our road and that will be 2 miles. It's spending time and working out.

$370 each week? Wow... That's really expensive. Sorry it didn't work out.
That's a good idea. Exercising together. I hope online weight watchers will work out.
Take Care

I thought it was pricey too. I mean I could save for it and do it but when I know if I can really put my mind to it I can do the Weight Watchers and use the stuff that I have it will do the trick. I need to do this. I don't want to gain anymore weight.

:) Thanks! I did a nice workout/relaxing on my kayak. I went kayaking for 4 hours. Today my arms are sore and I got a little bit of sun.

Lis, are you in the USA?
$370 convert to my currency is over $2000. That's really expensive.
I'm glad you got a working Kayaking. Hope your arms feel better. Maybe a nice warm bathe or shower can help.

Yes. Ohio. Where do you live? Holy cow that is expensive!! I'm waiting till July when I get paid to sign up for online Weight Watchers. I feel pretty good about
it. Yesterday I drank more water than I normally do. I got one of those fruit infusers. It's nice. Makes water a little better to drink and refreshing taste too.
Well I rested yesterday and that helped. Plus I got a little sun so I didn't want to get more pink skin on top of a little bit to much sun on my skin again. Today I want to go but, they said it supposed to shower and it's really windy. When it's really windy it's very hard to go anywhere plus the waves are pretty high. Not that I mind the waves since the water is getting warmer but I hate paddling and getting no where. It's a really annoying time. Well maybe later in the week. :)

Ohhh, I've got an aunt living in Ohio.
I am from Trinidad (West Indies/Caribbean). Ever heard of us? We're a small island.
Have you ever tried a juice diet? My sister and mom makes carrot juice, spinach juice, cabbage juice. Sometimes they put different vegetables in the blender together and make a juice.
I've never tasted it though.
I hope you have a good day today, even if you don't get to go out.

Wow, Trinidad! I've heard of it. It sounds pretty far away.
I haven't tried a juice diet. I'm kinda picky on certain things I eat. If it doesn't smell good then I won't eat it or drink it. I'm weird like that. I did make a breakfast smoothie this smoothie that I got off Pinterest that was using Weight Watchers points. It had 3/4 cups of almond/coconut milk, 1/2 cup of mix fruit (blueberries, strawberries & mangos), 1/2 banana, 1 pkt of Splenda & 1 tbsp of PB2. It tastes pretty darn good. I like the PB2 in it. It's something new I've found and tried. PB2 is where they smashed and drained. Whatever is left they dehydrate it and it becomes powder. It has only 5gms fat per 2 tbsp verses 15 gms of fat of normal peanut butter. It tastes pretty good to me. I can make one container last a month if not 2 weeks. Last night I made some pretty good mac & cheese. I'm sure that wasn't that good for me but it was good!!

I'm picky too, hence why I've never tried it. There's lots of veggies I don't eat. Yep, I know it's bad...
Fruit smoothie sounds more appealing.
I guess in the mean time you can check online for recipes and see what you may like. I tried a few recipes from online already.
