Hey everyone..
I'm kinda new to sharing, so anyway,
i'm nir, and i was diagnosed around three months ago with bipolar 2, (along with adhd and cptsd)
and actually, four months ago was the first time i ever went to a psychiatrist,
Had to pass 3 psychiatrists before i got the one who actually listened to my words and really understood me. (And it was in one day hospitalization...)
i'm still processing all of it altogether, so, have a good night for now
