New and in need of advice

I have been struggling with Bipolar for years but finally found the right med combo to get stable so I returned to school this fall. Well now I'm majorly depressed and can barely get out of bed. I don't know if I should take time off or what. On top of that I have to meet with my advisor tomorrow and I'm gonna have to disclose my diagnosis. I'm scared she's gonna try to talk me into changing my major. I'm going for my associates in human services to get a job in like social work or something. Am I delusional to even consider that line of work? Any advice will be appreciated!

Be aware of what pharmaceuticals do to the body. Do research. I am also diagnosed bipolar II. I recently quit all drugs. I feel way better. The drugs made me numb. I don't consider that a good way to live. I am working on healthy diet and exercise, under supervision of doctor, with counseling and group counseling also. Some things SSRI and anti psychotic drugs cause are brain shrinkage, weight gain, diabetes, stroke, heart disease, increased cholesterol, restless leg syndrome. So then I took Mirapex for the restless leg syndrome, and vitorin for the cholesterol, ...and so on. I have gerds and heartburn from the weight gain. So I tool proton pump inhibitors and acid reduces which caused inabsorbtion of nutrients, causing anemia and pica and osteoarthritis. Please consider healthier options for treating your moods. I am working on a non processed food diet as much as possible for starters. Try traditional Chinese herbs, acupuncture, botanicals, organic fruit and veges, daily exercise, meditation, .... there are many other ways to feel better and gain control of your moods and create happiness. IMO

if I rub soil on my bald head will my hair grow back from male pattern baldness?? forgive me, bi-polar disorder is a chemical imbalance of the brain.
