As I wet through this BP 2 for years I suggest that you come to grips with your moods; depression and manic episodes and weather it be unspecific or other forms of BP2, This is to then chart them. Example; mine was 17 days of starting with the most slow moods (depression) to the most intense at the 17th day. The moods would start again in the same manner of graduating intenseness from less to more intense symptoms. IN THIS WAY YOU MA Y HAVE A GRATER SIMULANCE OF SELF CONTOL..by giving self permission to move forward and to put more pattern to your life. It
opens up all kinds of possibilities.
