Ok - this is my second attempt at a post - the first is lost somewhere in cyberspace.
The short story: I understand that you're in the midst of a lot of confusion right now and its hard to see past the upset and a quick fix looks pretty promising. Its important to keep your system as free from junk and garbage in order for your body to take care of itself. Good health habits (decent nutrition, plenty of rest, exercise) will do wonders for your body if you give them the chance to work without the interruption of outside chemicals. That includes excess caffeine and sugar among other things. Your medication will have a chance to work properly and do its job. Otherwise your body will be fighting a losing battle, the more you interfere with its natural ability to find balance.
I don't propose an extreme lifestyle, but making simple choices about your health can go a long way to giving you some stability to find the right diagnosis and treatment options whether it is Anxiety and Panic or BP at play.
Take care of yourself and keep posting,
Putter
