Nac amino acid

Seriously guys....i never rave on supplements however this one has scientific resrarch data to back it up. And not by pharmaceutical giants or supplement suppliers/makers.

The amino acid is:
N-acetyl cysteine. Wow what it does for those wirh bi polar alone...wow. This supplement has been researched extensively and prof berk the leading worldwide guru on bi polar is raving about it. I am using it and i too am on board.

Our uni conducted clinical trials...other medical bodies around the world too. It heals and awakens neural pathways...used for post operative wound management...metabolism...skin healing and is boosting anti depressants and mood stabilizing meds.

Am more alert and less chaotic. The health benefits i have only touched on. I am a few weeks in. Am using it as an adjunct and recommended as this. Am sleeping better and thinking clearer. Had to share it.
