Trileptal side effects......

My comment does not concern bipolar disorders or seizures regarding trileptal.  My Dr. prescribed it for a form of neuropathy.  Have been taking it for a few days now and have never been so sick in all my life.  Dizzy beyond words, nauseated, vomiting, sleeping all day, unsteady.  Is this all normal when you first start taking trileptal?  I can't help but think I'm having an allergic reaction to the drug.  Any comments would be appreciated.

LD is right. These are bad side effects - I hope by now you have already called your doctor and got help.
