seeing sense

ive read what people said on my last post about fiddling about with meds my old prescriptions are thrown away phoned my doc secreatary to make an appointment saw her today told her about my old prescriptions and ive been messing about with my meds somtimes she was not happy and asked me do i want to continue seeing her because i just do what i like i do want to keep seeing her ive asked her about reducing my meds to hopefully come of them.i have stopped them before but all together and straight away,my doc says if i want to do that it would be best to reduce them one at a time i take lithium lamical serquel the shakes because of the lithium are really bad she says start with the serquel then lamical then lithuim  at the moment i am quite depressed felt not to bad a while back thankfully no more highs since december thats when there took me of the anti depressants,she says as i reduce them take notice of how i feel if things start to get really bad i should stay on them but i feel like trying to come of them wish me luck.
