Hello and good health to all who read this. I stumbled across this site tonight and am glad I did. I was diagnosed as bi-polar 3 years ago and have been on a rollar coaster of pills to find the right combination. It is encouraging to me to know there are many of us out there in this world and I look forward to conversing with many of you.

Hi BarksNpurrs,

Took me a minute to de-code the name there, got it now. Well, as ami said this is the

place to come for a chat, a moan, to share experiences and to talk to people in the same

boat, anything you want really.

Hoping shortly to setup a Weekly Chat Session, watch this space! Would need to be a day

when the majority of us are free, bearing in mind, of course that im in Scotland so work in

GMT. So let me know guys (and galls!) what you think.
