mixed episode really struggling

thíngs still have not improved really suffering back on lithium, nothing no better forgot to put my prescription in yesterday get my tablets every two weeks dont pay for mine i was taking 800mg lithium 400mg lamical 400mg serquel. now from today up untill tuesday nothing, withdrawel symtoms no meds for 4 days already very bad what am i going to do any advice,really scared.

Please don't get yourself in this mess agin. Find someone who will be commited to helping you manage your medications. I bought my husband one of those plastic pill holders with each day of the week and each time of day with a separate cubby hole. That helps him take the right dose at the right time. He wasn't always able to remember whether he took his medicine. Now it is obvious- if the pill is gone, he took it. Make taking your medicine your number one priority in life. Get to know a pharmacist who can also give you suggestions.

I understand that bipolar persons often have organizational problems. Again, enlist the help of a dependable person who cares about you. Good luck. The people on this forum understand and care. APG
