How ya been? Haven't communicated with you in a while.

Hope I find you in good health, pleasant spirits, and just overall wellbeing.

Been gone a while, pulled up roots and moved to town. My country estate (which you know was just a sloppy version of a cattle ranch) got too much for me to handle. Sold the cattle, horses, the land. Sold everything but the dogs.

I like the new house, none of the windows are cracked and it has a cement driveway. It also has a doggy door on the back door, but it is small so my dogs can only fit their heads through.

I am currently feeling pretty good, no swings right now. Have trouble sleeping from time to time, but not that bad. A few weeks ago, I did the Forrest Gump thing. But instead of running, I drove. Ended up in Charleston, SC. Kind of fun just to drive off with no plans as to where I was going. Kind of relaxing.

glad to see that you're back and doing ok.  how could you everell that beautiful victorian ranch of yours (complete with ghosts, goblens, gouls, vampires and other unsavory characters)?  move to town?  there are people there!!  you might have to talk to one - or (heavens forbid) more of them!!  they might be a different color!!  or have a different belief system!!  omg!!!  how could you? 

i hope you like your new place.  i've decided that the '50s house that we have here in texas on a lot and a half is too big a jobfor me or my wife.  to moving to alabama is definite.  we'll pronable be moving inthe next few weeks.  yes that fast.

i haven't been that well.  i'm stopping smoking and i am as agressive as a pit bull.  using chantrix (sp) and it really does cut down the urge a lot. of coursse i haven't burned down any garbage cans, either.  lol.

i haven't didn't sleep last night.  second time this week.  it's either i can't sleep or i sleep and can't wake up.  h*ll to get old!

i haven't been posting much of anything lately  - well, for the past few months.  my wife has surgery and i've been trying to take care of everything.  i don't kniow how women do it.  must have something to do with the y chromozone or something.  i've been able to read the forums that interest me for the past few weeks and occationally i've enterd a post if i thought that it would be appropriate and helpful.  other than that.....

it's 6:14 am and i REALLY want a cigarette.  these are the times that try men's souls. (kingston trio, mta - "get poor charley off the mta.").

oh, yes.  i now have a cat that doesn't know when to shut up.  he talks CONSTANTLY.  driving me bonkers (and it's a very short trip).

glad you're back, cap.  maybe we can stir things in his forum.  double team and all that.
